The excitement of planning a great event can often be focused on speakers, décor, food, auction items, music, and many other features to take a luncheon or evening to the next level. These are the big items that have to be there—how can you have a dinner without, well … dinner? When the day arrives, the team ensures guests enjoy an excellent event, thanks to their diligent planning.
But what feedback do you get from your guests? They may cheer loudly for featured speakers, comment on the delicious catering, or tear up the dance floor. Is that the only feedback available? Is that feedback enough to keep growing your event?
The case for data
